Achin Sharma, MD

Dr. Sharma is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family medicine since 1997 and licensed by the state of Mississippi.

Carrie Worsham, FNP

Carrie received her Associates at Northwest Community College, Bachelors and Masters of Nursing Education from University of Mississippi Medical Center, and received Family Nurse Practitioner Cert.

Lacey Conaway, FNP-C

Lacey Conaway, FNP-C, joins Horn Lake Family Practice with experience in family practice and diabetes care. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing at Mississippi University for Women.
